WhatsApp allows you to hide your profile photo, last seen, and status updates from specific contacts. Here's how you can do it:
- Open WhatsApp and tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap on “Settings” and then tap on “Account.”
- Tap on “Privacy” and then tap on “Last Seen,” “Profile Photo,” or “Status” depending on what you want to hide.
- Under “Who Can See My [Last Seen/Profile Photo/Status],” tap on “Custom” and select the contacts you want to hide your information from.
- Once you've selected the contacts, tap on “Done” to save your changes.
Keep in mind that while you can hide your information from specific contacts, they will still be able to see when you were last online if they have access to your chat history. Additionally, If you have not added a contact to your WhatsApp contact list, they won't be able to see your profile picture, last seen or status.
It's also important to note that hiding your information from specific contacts will not prevent them from seeing your information if they have your phone number saved in their phone's address book or if they are in a group with you.
